Parenting presents many challenges to the couple relationship. Whether you have just had your first child or are approaching parenting older children, your relationship with your partner and co-parent will be tested.
The relationship that was once just two becomes three and with this there are compromises and changes that can place strain on the relationship. Less time, less sleep and more demands can leave parents at times feeling overwhelmed and often missing the relationship you had pre children.
Unfortunately raising a family together sometimes becomes too much due to relationship issues and parents who separate must then learn how to co-parent apart.
Whatever stage of your parenting you are at, I can support you individually or as a couple to co-parent effectively.
“Gayle basically saved our family. Her caring and professional manner has helped our entire family. She can see straight to the issue and made therapy, a new experience for us all- completely embarrassment free and painless. I can’t recommend her enough.”

As a parent myself and from my experience as a child and family therapist, I can understand the challenges that families face. I can help you to co-parent based on working with many children, parents and families over the last ten years.
